— Juan Jose Martinez, 35, Tucumcari, aggravated assault against a household member (deadly weapon), escape or attempt to escape from a peace officer, leaving the scene of an accident (no great bodily harm or death), two counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon and reckless driving.
