Paul John Zacarias, age 83, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Graveside service to be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, 1:00 pm at Tucumcari Memorial Park, 4161 Cemetery Rd, Tucumcari, NM, 88401. His family and military friends will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Paul was born on November 5, 1940, to Juan Zacarias and Susie Garcia in Tucumcari, NM. He enjoyed bowling, shopping, and he loved to spoil his grandchildren.
Survivors include his spouse; Gloria Zacarias of the home, children; Christopher Zacarias of Tucumcari, NM, Chrishana Zacarias (Patrick Vielma) of Las Cruces, NM, his two grandsons; Andrew and Dominic Vielma, three sisters; Doris King, Irma Zacarias, and Gloria Donavan all of Tucumcari, NM, two brothers, Ralph (Joann) Quintana, of Novato, CA, Arthur (Rose) Zacharias of Pueblo, CO, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents; Juan Zacarias and Susie Garcia, one sister; Virginia Baca, one brother; Willie Quintana, and one son; Paul Daniel Zacarias.
