The winner of that game will battle at top-seeded and defending state champion Fort Sumner (19-5) at 6 p.m. Saturday.
Logan coach Kyle Griffiths indicated he felt optimistic about this week’s tournament.
“I feel like our guys are playing well and playing with a little bit of a chip on their shoulder,” he said. “We have a lot to prove going into the district tournament. Winning a few games will help propel us into the state tournament in a couple weeks.”
