— Jason Rogers, 50, Conchas, negligent use of a deadly weapon (unsafe handling), negligent use of a deadly weapon (intoxication) and tampering with evidence (misdemeanor or petty misdemeanor).

— Anthony Larry Manzanares, 43, Albuquerque, time served.

— Pauline Chavira, 54, Tucumcari, to probation.

— Santos Preciado, 32, Tucumcari, to probation.

— Jeffrey Knox, 20, Tucumcari, to probation.
