Wednesday — Pork red chile tamale, pinto beans, squash and corn, sliced pears.

Thursday — Baked chicken with chicken gravy, wild rice, asparagus and onions, biscuit with margarine, tropical fruit.

Friday — Meatloaf, potatoes au gratin, California veggies, roll with margarine, applesauce.

Monday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad with dressing, Italian blend vegetables, garlic knot, spiced peaches.

Tuesday — Oven baked chicken, oven roasted zucchini, roasted beets and carrots, strawberries and bananas.

Wednesday — Green chile chicken enchiladas with lettuce, tomato and onion, Spanish rice, pinto beans, peanut butter cookie.

Thursday — Green chile cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion, tater tots, poundcake with strawberries.

Friday — Frito pie with red chile meat sauce and cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion, chips and salsa, pinto beans, Jell-O with fruit.

Monday — Sloppy joes, sweet potato fries, mixed vegetables, cottage cheese with fruit.

Tuesday — Chicken salad, pasta salad, pickled beets, peaches.
