— Scott Fulkerson, 34, Tucumcari, aggravated battery (deadly weapon), aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal), two counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and two counts of criminal damage to property (under $1,000).
