Tucumcari Senior Center
Wednesday — Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole-wheat bread with margarine, mixed fruit.
Thursday — Frito pie, mixed vegetables, carrot raisin salad, tropical fruit.
Friday — Green chile rellano, buttered mixed vegetables, refried beans, Spanish rice, mixed fruit.
Monday — Closed for July 4 holiday.
Tuesday — Sweet and sour pork, Oriental vegetables, steamed rice, fortune cookie, peaches with tapioca pudding.
Logan Senior Center
Wednesday — Chili dog with cheese and onion, mixed vegetables, potato wedges, whipped berries.
Thursday — Barbecue sandwich, potato salad, cucumber, onion and tomato salad, sliced watermelon.
Friday — Cook’s choice.
Monday — Closed for July 4 holiday.
Tuesday — Beef stroganoff with noodles, broccoli and carrots, whole-wheat roll, apricots.
