— Devin Knaeble, 24, Huachuca, Arizona, receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and concealing identity.

— Adrian Zamora, 31, Tucumcari, battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member (under $1,000).

— Danford Cross Jr., 36, Tucumcari, driving while license suspended or revoked.

— Fatima Rivas, 45, Tucumcari, larceny (over $500 but not more than $2,500) and aggravated assault (deadly weapon).

— Brooklan B. Schacht, 29, Tucumcari, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, public affray and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process).
