• Casey Gordon, 41, San Jon, encouraging violation of probation, parole or bail.

• Amber Osborn, 28, Logan, intentional child abuse (no death or great bodily harm).

• Ramon G. Talavera, 42, Tucumcari, five counts of criminal sexual penetration in the first degree (child under 13) and one count of criminal sexual contact of a minor in the second degree (child under 13).

• Maria Renee Apodaca, 19, Tucumcari, assisting escape, escape of attempt to escape from peace officer, criminal damage to property (over $1,000) and criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Austin Martinez, 24, no address listed, escape or attempt to escape from officer, conspiracy to commit attempting escape, criminal damage to property (over $1,000) and criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Nicholas Leverich, 32, Springhill, Florida, receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicle (third or subsequent offense), speeding (over 16-20), no driver’s license, open drink container and possession of marijuana (one ounce or less).

These individuals were released from the Quay County Detention Center from Nov. 12 to Nov. 13:

• Nicolas Alexander Garcia, 32, Tucumcari, transfer to Department of Corrections.

• Danford Cross Jr., 35, Tucumcari, court ordered.

• Isaiah Mathew Rodriguez, 22, Tucumcari, bail or bond.
