• Frankie Martinez, 23, Tucumcari, two counts of contempt of court.

• Axel Zamarron, 19, House, warrant from other counties or states.

• Amanda B. Armstrong, 33, Tucumcari, felony contempt of court.

• Hilda Laparra, 28, no address listed, battery against a household member.

• Raymond Holliday, 31, Tucumcari, open container (possession).

• Johnny Joe Martinez, 39, Tucumcari, disorderly conduct and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Matthew Max Martinez, 41, Albuquerque, harassment and breaking and entering.

• Larissa Jenee Serrano, 32, Santa Rosa, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal), assault upon a police officer, open container (drink), driver’s license not in possession, no proof of insurance and no evidence of registration.
