• Katherine Saraceni, 29, Gaston, South Carolina, receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle.

• Jose Espinoza, 45, Rio Rancho, felony contempt of court.

• Andrea Laura Garcia, 33, Tucumcari, intentional child abuse (no death or great bodily harm), negligent child abuse (no death or great bodily harm) and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Nicola Alexander Garcia, 32, Tucumcari, contempt of court and felony contempt of court.

• Brittany Kam, 27, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Tina Molina, 24, Tucumcari, contempt of court, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, felony possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and breaking and entering.
