• Billy Jack Baca, 40, Tucumcari, felony contempt of court and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Peter Thomas Briones, 23, Tucumcari, intentional child abuse (no death or great bodily harm), two counts of battery against a household member, violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence and probation violation.

• Johnny Joe Martinez, 39, Tucumcari, battery and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (arrest).

• Patsy R. Rains, 61, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Moses Adrian Griego, 44, Portales, three counts of criminal damage to the property of a household member (over $1,000) and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Shanice A. Griego, 29, Amarillo, out-of-state fugitive.

• Leslie Pacheco, 50, Tucumcari, receiving stolen property (dispose; $250 or less).
