• Toby Steve Apodaca, 51, Tucumcari, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and public affray.

• David Lockwood, 43, Abingdon, Maryland, to electronic surveillance program.

• Danny Gregory Benavidez, 56, Tucumcari, transfer for Department of Corrections.

• Frederico Hernandez, 46, Tucumcari, court ordered.

• Paul James Mead, 61, Tucumcari, to probation.

• Antoinette Molinas, 37, Tucumcari, transfer to Department of Corrections.

• Ashley Nolan, 37, Tucumcari, court ordered.

• Albert Joe Garcia, 32, Tucumcari, time served.
