• David Lockwood, 43, Abingdon, Maryland, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Jesse Altamrano, 43, Perryton, Texas, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired; first offense), open drink container and driving while license suspended or revoked.
