• Joshua Keith, 43, Payson, Arizona, possession of a stolen vehicle, receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles (first offense) and criminal trespass (posted).

• Christopher Pender, 40, Tucumcari, failure to comply with specific requirements.

• Paul James Mead, 51, Tucumcari, contempt of court, criminal damage to property (under $1,000), battery and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Sandra Tinajero, 36, Jackson, Texas, contempt of court.

• Erik John Davis, 36, Albuquerque, battery.

• Scott Cain Garcia, 20, Tucumcari, battery against a household member.

• Emilio Casteneda, 32, Tucumcari, two counts of driving while license suspended or revoked and contempt of court.

• Danny McCaughtry, 46, Tucumcari, contempt of court.
