• Cameron J. Gilcrest, 39, Carlsbad, criminal trespass (unposted) and unauthorized graffiti ($1,000 or less).

• Daniel Edward Lott, 54, Tucumcari, assault against a household member and assault (unlawful acts, threats or conduct).

• Bart I. Nichols, 44, Happy, Texas, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal).

• Christopher Pender, 40, Tucumcari, contempt of court and criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000).

• Steven Clay Bruhn, 35, Layton, Utah, contempt of court.

• Timothy Lloyd Clem, 30, Amarillo, contempt of court.

• Rhonda Everett, 31, Tucumcari, felony contempt of court.

• Santiago Romero, 25, Tucumcari, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal), driving while license suspended or revoked, driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway, failure to yield, no insurance and failure to register vehicle.

• Kathy J. Smith, 55, Logan, driving under the influence of drugs (first offense), limitation on backing, open container (drink) and possession of marijuana (one ounce or less).

• Jose Keith Eversole, 24, Tucumcari, contempt of court.
