Logan had four players earn all-district honors from a squad that advanced to the state semifinals in eight-man football.
Running back-linebacker Nick Brown, quarterback-safety Wyatt Wright, fullback-linebacker Park Strong and linebacker Ryan Fair each earned honors for the 6-5 Longhorns in the District 3 eight-man league, which included state runner-up Tatum and state champ Melrose.
Tatum, which won the district title, had six players on the all-district team and Melrose had five.
Logan finished third in district play with a 3-2 mark.
Tucumcari saw two players earn all-district honors: Colt Garcia at defensive end and Jordan Young at defensive tackle.
Garcia also earned second-team honors in Class 3A’s District 4 at offensive guard. Other Rattlers from a 1-9 team that were named to the second team were tight end and linebacker Julian Vargas, linebacker TJ Lampkin, running back Caleb White, guard Dyson Clark, tackle Jeremiah Cordova and tackle Daniel Chavarria.
In six-man football, San Jon/Grady had three players earn second-team honors in District 1: spread back Dustin Bryant, running back Chad Becerra and offensive lineman Tanner Phillips.
The Coyotes finished 3-6 overall and 0-3 in district play.
