Wednesday — Breakfast: Yogurt and granola, cereal choice with cinnamon goldfish graham cracker, fruit, juice, milk; Lunch: Diced chicken and gravy with honey wheat roll, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, mashed potatoes, baby carrots, fruit, milk.

Thursday — Breakfast: Pancake sausage on a stick, ultimate breakfast round, fruit, juice, milk; Lunch: Hot dog with potato chips, garden salad, cauliflower, fruit, milk.

Monday — No school; spring break.

Tuesday — No school; spring break.

Tucumcari Senior Center

Wednesday — Baked pork chop, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and margarine, whole-wheat roll and margarine, apricots.

Thursday — Meatballs and marinara, wild rice, carrots and peppers, breadstick, yogurt.

Friday — Vegetable soup, grilled cheese sandwich, crackers, apricots.

Monday — Sloppy Joe, pickles and onions, parsley potatoes, mixed vegetables, cottage cheese, pineapple salad.

Tuesday — Chicken and noodles, peas, Caesar salad and dressing, dinner roll, fruit cocktail, tapioca pudding.

Wednesday — Breakfast: Omelet, tortilla, cereal, milk, juice; Lunch: Grilled cheese, tomato soup, salad, cold veggies, fruit, milk.

Thursday — Breakfast: Eddy’s morning rolls, cereal, milk, juice; Lunch: Chicken spaghetti, breadsticks, salad or cold veggies, fruit, milk.

Monday — Breakfast: Frudels, cereal, milk, juice; Lunch: Chicken nuggets or strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, cold veggies, bread, fruit, milk.

Tuesday — Breakfast: Yogurt, hot cereal, milk, juice; Lunch: Hard or soft tacos, beans, rice, taco garnish, fruit, milk.

Wednesday — Red-chile beef and potatoes, pinto beans, salad with dressing, flour tortilla, sherbet.

Thursday — Pork butt roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, California blend, read with margarine, applesauce.

Friday — Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, sliced cucumbers, whole-wheat roll with margarine, vanilla pudding.
