Serving the High Plains
The Quay County Health Council and Presbyterian Healthcare Services invite everyone for a Community Health Forum on Tuesday.
It will be at the Quay County Fair Exhibit Center from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Supper will be provided. Use the gate behind the Tucumcari Convention Center to enter the fairgrounds.
The forum’s purpose is to engage community partners in identifying strategies Presbyterian Healthcare Services can incorporate into its community health plan.
During the forum, Presbyterian will affirm the community health priorities as established by health data and community input. It will look at the assets available and identify gaps that address the priorities.
Finally, Presbyterian and the health council will identify strategies to affect local priorities. They will be developed into a community health improvement plan Dan C Trigg Memorial Hospital and Presbyterian Healthcare Services will implement in Quay County.
The format will allow attendees to voice ideas in a small group setting and share them with the whole group.
Please RSVP by emailing [email protected], texting 575-403-7798, or by going to the Facebook event on the Quay County Health Council page and clicking on the registration link. There is not a charge to attend the meeting or for the supper.
