• Ezekiel Arthur Gutierrez, 41, Tucumcari, falsely obtaining services ($250 or less).

• Crystal Marie Jones, 34, Tucumcari, on 33 counts of unlawful use or theft of an ATM or debit card and one count of theft of identity.

• Zachary Knox, 25, Tucumcari, contempt of court, criminal sexual penetration in the second degree, aggravated assault against a household member (deadly weapon), false imprisonment, stalking, battery against a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000).

• Johnny A. Miller, 45, Tucumcari, battery on a household member (fourth or subsequent offense) and probation violation.

• Mark Anthony Preciado, 44, Tucumcari, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired, first offense), failure to maintain traffic lane and driving on wrong side of road.

• Christina Shorty, 26, Tijeras, contempt of court.

• Talmadge Lee Adams, 46, Conchas, driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Heather Aragon, 29, Tucumcari, violation of restraining order prohibiting domestic violence.

• Lyndel Earp, 22, Ardmore, Oklahoma, distribution of marijuana, tampering with evidence (misdemeanor of petty misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Latoya Tenea French, 38, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Elijah Gonzalez, 32, Albuquerque, contempt of court.

• Antoinette Molinas, 35, Tucumcari, contempt of court and larceny ($100 or less).
