Cross-country teams to compete at district meet

The Tucumcari boys and girls cross-country teams will compete at 3 p.m. Friday in the district meet at New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell.

Other schools competing at the meet will be NMMI, Socorro and Cobre.

The three teams and top three runners from a non-qualifying team advance to the state meet Nov. 10 at Rio Rancho High School.
