Help sought in burglary case

Crime Stoppers and Tucumcari police seek the public's assistance with information about a recent burglary in which a dozen neon signs were taken in the 700 block of East Aber Street in Tucumcari.

Taken during the burglary were 12 collectible beer and liquor neon signs from a storage facility. The burglary was reported to Tucumcari police Aug. 29.

Police said the signs were for brands that included Miller Lite, Natural Light, Corona, Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam and DeKeyper. No value of the signs was known.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s). Anyone with information on the burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 575-461-3507. Callers will remain anonymous.
