• Martin Calbert, 47, contempt of court.

• Darius J. Martinez, 28, two counts of contempt of court.

• Courtney Mason, 28, contempt of court.

• James Martinez, 47, contempt of court.

• Michael Joseph Martinez, 47, contempt of court.

• Angela Marie Montano, 26, contempt of court.

• Noel Rodriguez, 51, battery against a household member.

• Raymond Chano Chavez, 24, felony contempt of court.

• Raymond Holliday, 29, contempt of court.

• Victor John Martinez, 61, felony possession of a control substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Pete Anthony Martinez, 50, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to register vehicle, stopping or parking prohibited in specific places, no proof of insurance and expired registration plate.

• Mariah Meier, 27, contempt of court, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, felony possession of a controlled substance and six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Adam Lucas Smith, 38, aggravated batter against a household member, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following individuals were released from the Quay County Detention Center Aug. 20-26:

• Matthew Braziel, 31, court-ordered release.

• Raymond Holliday, 29, court-ordered release.

• James Martinez, 48, released by court.

• Courtney Mason, 29, court-ordered release.
