The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers in Quay County for today through July 11:

Thursday: Lemon baked chicken, rice, cucumber salad with dressing, beets, spice cake

Friday: Spaghetti, salad with dressing, spinach, garlic bread, apple cobbler

Monday: Meatballs, steamed rice, oriental vegetables, whole wheat roll, margarine, mandarin oranges

Tuesday: Pork ribs, baked potato, margarine, salad with dressing, potluck roll, chocolate pudding

Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole wheat roll, margarine, peaches and strawberries with topping

Tucumcari

Thursday: Liver with onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, mandarin oranges

Friday: Sweet and sour pork, oriental vegetables, carrots, peanut butter cookie, Jell-O with fruit

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, California vegetables, biscuit, margarine, strawberries

Tuesday: Sausage, macaroni with cheese, beets, whole wheat roll, spiced apples
