Serving the High Plains
The Quay County 4-H members competed in local contests.
Quay County youth competed in the 4-H county contests on May 19, looking to advance to district and state competitions.
These youth range in age from 6 to 18. Cloverbuds are under the age of 9, Novice 9 to 11, Juniors 12 and 13 and Seniors are 14 and older.
Novices and Juniors will go on to district contests in June at Capitan and Seniors on to state competition in July at Las Cruces.
