The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers in Quay County for today through May 30:

Thursday: Chicken pot pie, green beans with mushrooms, salad with dressing, dinner roll, fruit salad

Friday: Steak and stuff, spinach, parmesan potato rounds, whole wheat roll, margarine, lemon bar

Monday: Closed in observance of Memorial Day

Tuesday: Beef fajitas, pinto beans with green chile, salsa, oatmeal cookie, apricots

Wednesday: Beef stew, beets, cornbread, Jell-O with fruit

Logan

Thursday: Beef tips, egg noodles, peas with carrots, salad with dressing, pears, oatmeal cookie

Friday: Sour cream enchiladas, Spanish rice, squash with green chile, salsa, peanut butter cookie

Monday: Closed in observance of Memorial Day

Tuesday: Chili dog, sauteed potatoes, mixed vegetable, mandarin oranges

Wednesday: Sausage, wild rice, broccoli, whole wheat roll, apple
