Victor DiFranco left the position as of Aug. 31.
Vince DiFranco is no longer serving in the role of administrator at Plains Regional Medical Center and Dr. Dan C. Trigg Memorial Hospital, according to a statement released last week by Presbyterian Healthcare Services officials.
According to a release from Amanda Schoenberg, senior corporate communications specialist:
• DiFranco has left the organization as of Aug. 31, and a search is under way for qualified candidates to replace him.
• Troy Clark, vice president of regional operations for Presbyterian Healthcare Services, will serve as interim administrator at both facilities.
DiFranco moved to Clovis in February 2015 to begin his new position as administrator for PRMC. Before moving to New Mexico, He served for four years as the CEO of Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyoming.
Administrator duties for Trigg were added in February to streamline operations at both faciilties and allow for more sharing of physicians and specialists.
No reason was given for DiFranco's departure from PHS.
"We appreciate Vince’s service to both hospitals and wish him well in his future endeavors," the release said.
