The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers for today through April 12:

Thursday: Beef enchiladas, jalapenos, salsa, pinto beans, crackers, chocolate pudding

Friday: Egg salad, potato salad, carrot and celery sticks, whole wheat bread, peanut butter cookie

Monday: Beef tips, egg noodles, salad with dressing, peas and carrots, pears, oatmeal cookie

Tuesday: Chicken ala king, sautéed potatoes with onions, mustard greens, margarine, biscuit, fruit

Wednesday: Pork loin, black eyed peas, cooked cabbage, cornbread, margarine, sugar cookie

Tucumcari

Thursday: Lasagna, spinach, salad with dressing, cottage cheese, pears, sugar cookie

Friday: Sour cream enchiladas, Spanish rice, green beans with green chili, salsa, oatmeal cookie, fruit cocktail

Monday: Green chili hamburger, ranch style beans, onion rings, applesauce

Tuesday: Chicken salad, creamy coleslaw, carrot and raisin salad, crackers, peach cobbler
