The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers for today through Jan. 31:

Tucumcari

Thursday: Hamburger stroganoff, egg noodles, spinach, cauliflower with cheese, cottage cheese, pears

Friday: Frito pie, mixed vegetables, lemon crisp cookie

Monday: Hot turkey sandwich, cranberry sauce, buttered green beans, tomato and cucumber slices, fruit cocktail

Tuesday: Carne adovada, Spanish rice, country blend vegetables, flour tortilla, Jell-O

Logan

Thursday: Lasagna, zucchini, salad, cottage cheese, pears, peanut butter cookie

Friday: Chicken fajitas, flour tortilla, chili beans with cheese, Jell-O, orange slices

Monday: Stuffed bell peppers, baked beans, carrots, biscuit, fruit cocktail

Tuesday: Pigs in a blanket, tatter tots, chuck wagon blend, vanilla pudding
