Senior menus - Jan. 4

The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers and schools in Quay County for today through Jan. 11:

Coffee, tea and milk served daily

Thursday: Chili relleno, salad with dressing, pinto beans, crackers, fruit cocktail

Friday: Pork posole, spinach salad, pinto beans, flour tortilla, strawberries and peaches

Monday: Round steak with mushroom gravy, broccoli, baked potato, margarine, whole wheat roll, banana pudding

Tuesday: Chicken fajita, chili beans with cheese, Jell-O, orange slices

Wednesday: Spaghetti, salad with dressing, spinach, garlic bread, pear cobbler
