Can't believe a thing Trump says

In the third paragraph of his Dec. 28 column, Rube Render states:

“The insinuation that an American president would instigate a terrorist attack on our country borders on indicting him as a traitor and is inexcusable.”

Coming up with a “pants on fire” statement in the beginning of an article is about par for conservatives but way below Trump’s average.

Paul Krugman made no such insinuation; he stated that Bush benefited from the 9/11 attack. The “pants on fire” statement is further enhanced in the fourth paragraph by saying the New York Times allowed the outlandish slander to be published.

The NYT has the ability to read and is dedicated to truth, not ideology.

Trump knows more about the war than the generals, more about intelligence than the CIA, lips off about everything.

I cannot imagine why anyone would believe anything Donald Trump had to say. He told more lies than the last three presidential campaigns combined.

Antics against Trump intolerable? Republicans spent eight years investigating Clinton for corruption and came up with zilch. James Comey, FBI director, previously worked for the Whitewater committee that spent seven years investigating a failed land deal.

Remember the “murder investigation” of an employee that the Clintons were supposed to have engineered? Results — nada.

Trump praises Putin, believes him over our intelligence agencies. Trump the chump — how absurd.

Most of Trump’s appointees are opposed to the reason the agencies were established. Trump changed his mind about announcing how he was going to solve the problem of the presidency and his businesses. Some prominent Republicans proposed changing the ethics to accommodate his majesty. Trump is the only one who can solve this problem or exacerbate it.
