The Tucumcari Rotary Club has created four continuing education scholarships for the graduating seniors across Quay County.
Four seniors from the high schools in Tucumcari, House, Logan and San Jon will be awarded $750 in financial aid toward attendance at Mesalands Community College.
The scholarship is specifically for those attending Mesalands Community College.
Candidates must complete a scholarship application by April 26. The application includes completing an essay to demonstrate the ability to apply The 4-Way Test regarding the things we think, say or do:
1. Is it the Truth?
2. Is it Fair to all concerned?
3. Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
4. Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?
Applications are available from school counselors or Tucumcari Rotary Club Scholarship Committee Members.
