Library hosting Seuss birthday party

The Tucumcari Public Library will be hosting the annual Dr. Seuss Birthday

Celebration on 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Tucumcari Convention Center.

There will be storytellers, door prizes and refreshments provided and served by the Altrusa members.

A birthday card contest is being held for students in Head Start, pre-school and kindergarten through fifth grade. A first, second and third place prize will

be given for each grade. Winners will be announced at the birthday celebration.
