Maestas

Manuel E. Maestas turned 3 on Jan. 3.

He is the son of Joey Haas and Jessica Maestas of Tucumcari. He has two sisters, Destiny and Faith.

His grandparents are Marcy and (the late) Manny Maestas, Theresa and Steve Brown; of Tucumcari, and Jim and Cheryl Haas of Odessa. He and his little sister will celebrate their birthdays this weekend, with friends and family.

Faith A. Haas turned 2 on Feb. 2. She is the daughter of Jessica Maestas and Joey Haas of Tucumcari. She has one sister, Destiny, and one brother, Manny.

Her grandparents are Marcy and (the late) Manny Maestas, Theresa and Steve Brown; of Tucumcari, and Jim and Cheryl Haas of Odessa. She and her brother will celebrate their birthdays with a party this weekend.

Shipley

Mr. and Mrs. Jason Shipley of Frisco, Texas, proudly announce the arrival of their twins, born Jan. 23.

Samuel Ray weighed 6 pounds and Haley Elizabeth weighed 5 pounds 11 ounces.

Paternal grandmother is Peggy Shipley of Tucumcari.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Diana Andres of Colleyville, Texas and great grandmother Frances Jackie of Albuquerque.

The twins were welcomed home by their 5-year-old brother Andrew.
