Kathleen Box was re-elected to the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union board of directors.
Delegates to the 2012 RMFU convention re-elected board member Kathleen Box to serve another term on the board.
Box will continue to represent New Mexico on the board. She and her husband Phillip reside in Tucumcari and are a third generation farm family. They have been involved in RMFU for 28 years. They were in the first RMFU program in 1987.
Mike McAlister, director of communications for RMFU said Box's duties are to represent the membership and oversee the finances for the chapter, attend chapter meetings and keep the chapter active. She interacts with the New Mexico legislature in Santa Fe and represents the membership. This is Box's second term on the board.
Box said that she was pleased to be re-elected to the board and that is shows her that they have confidence in her.
