Homicide charges forthcoming in Draman case

State police said Tuesday that homicide charges against Frank Keller, 45, are "forthcoming" after positively identifying human remains found near Logan as that of Kimberly Draman.

A press release from state police said Keller has confessed to his involvement in the death of Draman, 53, of Tucumcari, and took investigators to where the woman's remains were found Friday near U.S. 54 and Quay County Road AC.

Draman was last seen Sept. 13 with Keller. He was arrested days later on an unspecified drug charge while driving Draman's car in Las Vegas, Nev.
