The Tucumcari Convention Center will host the fourth annual Friends of the National Rifle Association Banquet 6 p.m. March 24.
The event includes a barbecue dinner, followed by games and silent and live auctions. Proceeds will go towards the association’s state grant program, which This event is a fundraiser for the state grant program, which has provided more than $250,000 in statewide grants to youth, law enforcement and shooting safety programs. The Quay County 4-H shooting sports program has received approximately $30,000 in equipment and supplies from the program over the last four years.
Tickets are $25 each or $45 for couples, and are available from Tucumcari Ranch Supply, Burns Hardware, Dickinson’s Implement, Dwight Haller Snap on Tools, New Beginnings Real Estate and Bruhn Hardware in Logan or from any Friends of the NRA member.
