The Quay County Little League All-Stars fast-pitch softball team will compete in its first-ever postseason during the District 4 Tournament starting Saturday at Las Vegas. The Quay County squad of 9- to 11-year-old girls will face the winner of the Las Vegas vs. La Plaza clash. Quay County earned a first-round bye in the double-elimination tournament. Four Mesalands Community College athletes, including a regional champion, will compete starting this weekend at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming.
