    An Xcel Energy crew and a sporadically used power generator on the city’s north side on Thursday afternoon effectively ended Tucumcari’s power outage after about 19 hours. Shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday, a severe storm 17 miles north-northwest of Clovis in Curry County knocked out 20 H-shaped structures that carried a main electrical line from Clovis to Tucumcari, reported Xcel spokesman Wes Reeves.     One of the two suspects in a fatal dog-mauling case in Tucumcari pleaded not guilty to two felony charges in district court Wednesday. Mary Olimpia Montoya, 51, appeared by phone in front of District Judge Albert Mitchell Jr. during an arraignment by videoconference. Montoya’s public defender, Anna Aragon of Las Vegas, entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf.     Daylight on Friday showed the widespread damage from a severe hailstorm and heavy rain that caused flooding late Thursday. The Tucumcari Convention Center, and the Tucumcari Chamber of Commerce building both were closed indefinitely after hailstones broke through and allowed water from torrential rains to pour into those buildings.
