A Tucumcari man has been charged with killing a Tucumcari woman missing since Sept. 13. A New Mexico State Police news release reports Frank Keller is accused of killing Kimberly Draman, whose body was found Oct. 5 near the intersection of U.S. 54 and Quay County Road AC. Officials have said Keller was arrested on unrelated charges last month driving Draman's vehicle in Las Vegas, Nev.
