    ALBUQUERQUE — Drought-stricken New Mexico is anxiously awaiting the leftovers of storms that have drenched Las Vegas and other cities in the West. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque says the upper level system moving in from the West is expected to collide Wednesday with a cold front moving down through the heart of the state.
