    A Tucumcari man’s murder trial will be rescheduled from August to October after his lawyer and a prosecutor said last week they still were awaiting laboratory tests from the state and were finishing pretrial interviews. Joshua Braziel, 30, is charged with first-degree murder and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) after being accused of shooting his friend and co-worker Bryan Youman, 19, of Tucumcari in the head at his home Sept. 4.     Tucumcari MainStreet was one of 31 programs in New Mexico that recently received reaccreditation from Main Street America. According to a news release from New Mexico Main Street, Main Street America designated New Mexico’s 28 accredited and three affiliated Main Street programs for meeting rigorous performance standards.     In light of higher COVID-19 vaccination rates in New Mexico, Trigg Memorial Hospital in Tucumcari announced last week it has revised its visitation policies at the hospital and adjoining clinic. “We will now allow two visitors per patient in most inpatient and outpatient settings,” Presbyterian Healthcare Services, which manages the hospital, stated in a news release June 15. “Visitors are still encouraged to stay with the patient and limit number of times they enter and exit our facility.” Before entering, visitors must use a thermal tempera...
