A 31-year-old lieutenant has been missing from Cannon Air Force Base for one week, according to base officials. Lt. Scott W. Lee was last seen at 11 a.m. March 12 at his apartment in Clovis. He was scheduled to report for duty at Cannon on March 13 but never reported. A Cannon press release said the lieutenant was last seen in a black Toyota Tacoma but has no immediate family in the area. A Clovis couple won a top prize playing a New Mexico Lottery Scratcher game, according to a press release. According to the New Mexico Lottery press release: - Troy and Tiffany Vancleave won $50,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword Deluxe" Scratcher. "I fell to my knees and cried," Tiffany Vancleave told lottery officials in Albuquerque. The couple said they plan to save the prize money. The following is what he reported: - The base will be changing its vice wing commander and flight medicine commander later this year. - One new aircraft a month will continue arriving at the base for the entire year.
