    Grants were approved Wednesday at a special session of the City Commission from the Water Trust Board for improvements of three water wells at five mile park. For infrastructure improvements and upgrades, Resolution 2012-43, the city was awarded $50,000 with the city budgeting its 10 percent share of $5,000 for upgrades to the east end of Tucumcari. Some 1,500 feet of bad sewer line will be repaired in this project....
