    Quay County schools will have a pair of Child Find preschool screening clinics. The free clinics are scheduled for 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. March 29 at Logan Schools and 9 a.m.-11 a.m. May 21 at House Schools. The clinics are for children 5 and younger.     Interstate Automotive Complex is one of 1,600 Chevrolet dealers participating in a company program to benefit local youth baseball programs. The Chevrolet Youth Baseball program, which runs through July 15, is in its seventh year nationwide and has helped raise more than $13 million for youth baseball teams.     Quintana A Tucumcari man has been charged with one count of criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13. Chris Quintana, 61, surrendered to New Mexico State Police on Feb. 24 at the Quay County Magistrate Court. A warrant was issued for Quintana's arrest by Tenth Judicial District Judge Albert J. Mitchell Jr., based on information from an affidavit filed by New Mexico State Police Officer Marcus Lopez. An off-duty Tucumcari police officer charged with breaking and entering and criminal damage to property surrendered Monday to New Mexico State Police in Tucumcari, said State Police Lt.
