Services: Have been held. Carolyn Ann Campbell White died Wednesday, March 14, 2007, in Clovis. Ms. White was born Feb. 19, 1947 in Tucumcari. She is survived by a son, David White of Buena Park, Calif., two sisters, Betty Shum of California and Jeanne Humphrey of Gardendale, Texas, and two brothers, Robert Campbell of Albuquerque and Bill Campbell of Clovis.
