The fourth annual Pecan Treasures Food Show was held Friday with 15 delicious entries. The judges had a hard time selecting winners from the entries. One of the main criteria for selecting the winners is how the pecan is shown off in the food. Cookbooks with all of the recipes from this year’s show should be available at the extension office sometime next week.
