Thursday

Round steak, mushroom gravy, cauliflower and pepper salad, tossed salad and dressing, potluck roll with margarine, strawberry shortcake.

 

Friday

Barbecue chicken, pasta salad, wax bean salad, biscuit, apricots.

 

Monday

Chicken provencal, steamed rice, buttered spinach, wheat bread with margarine, tropical fruit.

 

Tuesday

Tamale, vegetable salad, pinto beans, tortilla, mandarin oranges

 

Wednesday

Chicken and rice, broccoli, carrots, potluck roll with margarine.
