Did you know that your health and wealth are related? Taking small steps to improve one improves the other. Come learn about 25 easy strategies or steps, from the curriculum “Small Steps to Health and Wealth,” that can help you improve your health and wealth. Even implementing just a few will make a difference.

The Quay County Extension Service is offering you the opportunity to take the first step and learn about these strategies at some fun lunch and learn workshops on Fridays beginning March 4. Bring a sack lunch and join us for a lesson and discussion of these key strategies during the months of March and April. We will explore 2 or 3 strategies at each lunch workshop. The workshops will be held at the Extension Office located in the Terry Turner Building at 216 E. Center. We will start around 12:10 p.m. and end at 12:50.
