The following are the lunch menus for March 10-16 for the Tucumcari Senior Center.

 

Thursday

Glazed ham, baked sweet potato, buttered asparagus, whole wheat roll with margarine, pineapple upside down cake.

 

Friday

Baked fish, tarter sauce, tater tots, coleslaw, dinner roll with margarine, apricots.

 

Monday

Meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese, dinner roll, yogurt.

 

Tuesday

Beef enchilada, lettuce, tomato, pinto beans, jalapeno, onion and salsa, crackers, chocolate pudding.

 

Wednesday

Baked porch chop, stuffing, parmesan potato rounds, broccoli, cottage cheese, peaches.
